My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The location was fantastic, just a block away from Union Square, making it convenient to explore the city. The service was pleasant, though a bit slow in retrieving my car. The rooms had views of the Intercontinental and partial views of the Bay, but unfortunately, they were quite noisy due to their proximity to the cable car. The dining options were good, offering a variety of dishes. However, the noisy environment outside my room dampened the overall experience.
