Guest Reviews & Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The location was fantastic, just a block away from Union Square, making it convenient to explore the city. The service was pleasant, though a bit slow in retrieving my car. The rooms had views of the Intercontinental and partial views of the Bay, but unfortunately, they were quite noisy due to their proximity to the cable car. The dining options were good, offering a variety of dishes. However, the noisy environment outside my room dampened the overall experience.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with a sofa sleeper, including a Continental breakfast and a happy hour with wine and snacks in the afternoon. The service is fantastic despite an unexpected behavior from one concierge member. The location is excellent, close to Union Square with convenient parking and nearby shops. The dining experience is excellent, and the facilities are well-maintained.
The hotel had rooms a bit on the small size, with noise from the cable car outside. The Marriot quality was noticeable with great beds, but thin walls. The service was professional and courteous, apart from the disturbance caused by protesters. The location was perfect, close to everything but not noisy. The dining options were limited and expensive. Overall, a mix of positives and negatives.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were perfect, offering a corner room that was a little larger, on a high floor with a great view of Union Square. The service was top-notch, friendly, and professional. The location couldn't be better, just one block behind Union Square. However, the dining options were a bit overpriced, and it was better to explore nearby places for meals.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms had a very nice view and were clean, especially the sheets. The staff was helpful, and the location was terrific, close to Union Square. However, the service had some issues with delays and noise from picketing. The dining experience was adequate but could use some improvements in the breakfast area.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered fantastic views of the Intercontinental and partial views of the Bay and the top of the Transamerica pyramid. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff throughout, although it did take a bit long to retrieve my car. The location couldn't have been better, just a block away from Union Square and with convenient amenities nearby. Dining was a delightful experience, and the facilities were well-kept and inviting.
I was pleasantly surprised by the rooms at this Marriott considering the price. They were comfortable, clean, and even had a fridge and coffeemaker. The service was top-notch with pleasant and helpful staff who quickly resolved any issues. The location was good, near Union Square with easy access to restaurants and supermarkets. The dining options were simple and could use an upgrade. Overall, a good experience with great value for money.
